We make every effort to display our products, including handmade and custom items, as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that colors, materials, or dimensions will be perfectly consistent across devices or exactly as pictured, particularly for handmade goods, which may include minor natural variations.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, or discontinue any product at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of materials.

Custom and Personalized Orders. Many of our products (such as team-specific or personalized schedule signs) are made to order. Please review product details and any personalization information carefully before purchase, as errors in customer-submitted information (such as team, name, or date selections) are the customer's responsibility once production has begun.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice. We accept payment through the methods listed at checkout (including major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, as made available via our payment processor). You represent that any payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.

Shipping

Shipping timeframes and costs are outlined on our Shipping page. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, available on our site. In summary:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for eligible items.
  • Personalized, custom-made, sale/clearance, and digital items are non-refundable except in cases of defect or error on our part.
  • We offer free return shipping on eligible returns.
